Brian James Menswear is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing - please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Panties, boxers and briefs can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in–store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning items in–store
You are able to return any item you purchased in–store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resaleable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return,a credit note will be issued to you.

A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Brian James Menswear, 9-10 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 W2NH, R.O.I.
